Acting for a foreign investor for its investment in cross-border RMB to the joint venture company situated in Guangxi, the legal services include giving legal advice on the cross-border RMB investment, preparing the relevant joint venture documents, attending negotiations for finalization of the joint venture documents, etc.;
Acting for a Hong Kong investor for restructuring its invested companies situated in Shanghai, Jiangsu Province, etc. while the capital increase will be contributed in cross-border RMB, the legal services include giving legal advice on the cross-border RMB investment, reviewing the restructuring documents, making amendments thereto, etc.;
Acting for a Chinese bank through its Singapore branch to provide a cross-border RMB loan facility of up to RMB200 million to a foreign invested limited liability stock company situated in Sichuan Province, the legal services include reviewing relevant facility documents, giving legal opinion on the cross-border RMB financing, etc.;
