Biography
Mr. Zhuang qualified as a PRC lawyer in 1989 and is a founding partner of Horizon Law Firm. He graduated from Peking University with an LL.B. in 1982 and obtained an LL.M. from Nagoya University in Japan in 1985.
In addition to his extensive experience as a practising lawyer in China, Mr. Zhuang has worked for substantial law firms in Singapore, Hong Kong, Toronto and Tokyo. During more than thirty years in practice, he has successfully advised multinational corporations, banks, other companies and investors. His rigorous, professional and diligent approach has earned broad recognition within the profession and high praise from clients.
Principal practice areas: bank lending, project finance, foreign investment, corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, international trade, litigation and arbitration.
