Biography
Hui Zhang graduated from Nanjing University and earned a master's degree in business administration in Malaysia.
Having served for many years as the head of legal affairs at China Overseas Property, Zhang combines a strong legal foundation with systematic corporate management expertise. Zhang understands commercial operating models and has extensive experience in complex commercial litigation, private fund matters, economic disputes, ongoing corporate legal counsel, project risk control, commercial negotiations, property management fee recovery, criminal matters, and related areas. Zhang is skilled at developing litigation strategies from a business perspective to minimize clients' operational losses.
