  1.       acting for a foreign invested bank situated in Shanghai to restructure a loan facility of RMB130 million provided to a wholly foreign-owned company situated in Shanghai, and the related legal services include providing legal advices, drafting the supplemental agreement to loan agreement, the subordination agreement, the assignment of proceeds, the letter of undertaking and the other related legal documents, arranging and witnessing the execution, issuance of legal opinion, etc.;

 

  2.       acting for a syndicate of foreign banks to restructure an outstanding loan of US$18 million provided to a property development joint venture company situated in Yantai City, Shandong Province, secured by the real properties and guarantees, and the related legal services include providing legal advices, drafting all the relevant documents in English and Chinese, arranging the execution and notarization, carrying out the related foreign debt registration, mortgage registration, external security registration, the relevant filings, and obtaining the relevant approvals, etc.;
