  2.       acting for a developer situated in Shanghai for the sale and pre-sale of the properties known as Summit Panorama located in Shanghai, the related legal services include giving legal advice, drafting the relevant documents, answering questions of the purchasers, and etc.;

  3.       acting for a Singapore listing company for its purchase and later sale of the properties known as Edifice or Chang Yuan located in Shanghai, with a total purchase consideration amounting to RMB126,917,552.00, the related legal services include giving legal advice, drafting the relevant documents, arranging the execution of the relevant documents, attending negotiations and carrying out the necessary procedures, etc.;
