1. acting for a Singapore investor to acquire a piece of land in Shanghai with a land area of approximately 110,000 square meters to develop the residential apartments known as Oasis Riviera; the related legal services include giving legal advice, drafting and revising all the related documents, etc.;
2. acting for a property development company to provide legal services for its development and construction of a property known as International Digital Park with a land area of approximately 270,000 square meters; the related legal services include giving legal advice, drafting the property sale and purchase agreement, engineering contract and all the other related documents, etc.;
3. acting for a Singapore investor in respect of its acquisition of shares in another Singapore company which owns a property development company located in Shanghai; the said Shanghai property development company succeeded to all rights, obligations and assets of five liquidated companies, developed and constructed a property known as Lakeside Ville located in Qingpu District of Shanghai; the related legal services include giving legal advice, conducting due diligence, revising the acquisition documents and other related documents, etc.;
4. acting for a company in respect of its acquisition of 100% shares in a property development company located in Shanghai, which owns an office tower in Huangpu District of Shanghai known as Silver Tower; the related legal services include providing legal advices, conducting due diligence, drafting the relevant acquisition documents and all the other related documents, participation in negotiations on behalf of the client, etc.;
5. acting for a United States venture capital investor in respect of its acquisition of shares in and providing shareholder¡¯s loan to a wholly foreign owned property development company located in Shanghai; the total amount of investment of the target company is US$300 million and the target company plans to develop a land known as X3-2 located in Lujiazui of Pudong District; the related legal services include giving legal advice, conducting independent legal due diligence, issuing legal due diligence report, etc.;
6. acting for a Hong Kong investor in respect of its acquisition of 100% shares in a wholly foreign owned property development company located in Shanghai; the total amount of investment of the target company is US$116 million and the target company plans to develop a property known as Prince Hills located in Zhenning Road of Changning District, Shanghai; the related legal services include providing legal advices, conducting due diligence, drafting the relevant acquisition documents and all the other related documents, carrying out the necessary share transfer procedures, etc.;
7. acting for a Taiwan investor in respect of its acquisition of an entire office tower known as Zen Dai .Wudaokou Plaza (South Tower) in Pudong District of Shanghai; the related legal services include giving legal advice, conducting legal due diligence, participating in negotiations with the developer, drafting the related umbrella agreement, the sale and purchase agreements and all the other related documents, arranging the execution of the agreements, carrying out all the related registration and title transfer procedures, etc.;
8. acting for a fund for its purchase of an entire office building located in Shanghai known as COGI Mansion; the related legal services include conducting legal due diligence, giving legal advices, drafting relevant sale and purchase agreements, participation in negotiations, etc.;
9. acting for an investor for its purchase of an entire residential building located in Shanghai known as Heng Chen Mansion; the related legal services include conducting legal due diligence, giving legal advices, drafting relevant sale and purchase agreements and all the other related documents, participating in negotiations with the developer, etc.;
10. acting for a group of overseas investors for their en-bloc sale of a building known as Jing¡¯an Regalia consisting of 123 units situated in a residential compound known as Jing¡¯an Regent Garden located at Jing¡¯an District of Shanghai; the related legal services include giving legal advices, drafting and amending the sale and purchase agreements and all the other relevant documents, attending negotiations with the purchaser, arranging the related execution, etc..
